Salon Policy

1. BOOKING & RESERVATIONS

All bookings at YUKI no Spa are subject to availability. Reservations can be made via our website (Square Appointments) or directly through WhatsApp. To secure your preferred time, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

For after-hours sessions (post 20:00), a special request must be submitted and confirmed by our staff in advance. After-hours bookings are subject to an additional surcharge (see Section 3).

2. DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the treatment price is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit also serves as our cancellation guarantee.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 48 hours before your appointment: the deposit is fully refunded.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours, or a no-show: the deposit is forfeited in full and serves as the cancellation fee. No additional charges will apply.

The remaining balance (treatment price minus deposit) is payable on the day of your appointment.

Please notify us as early as possible via WhatsApp if you anticipate any changes to your schedule.

3. PAYMENT & FEES

All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are inclusive of local consumption tax. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, WeChat Pay, Alipay+, IC cards (Suica, etc.), and cash.
For after-hours bookings (post 20:00), an additional service fee of ¥10,000 will be applied to the base price of the treatment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service completion, following the deduction of any deposit paid in advance.

4. HEALTH & SAFETY

Guests are kindly requested to disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to their treatment — including allergies to essential oils, fragrances, or specific ingredients.
Certain treatments involving carbonation, heat, or essential oil application may not be suitable for guests who are pregnant, have active scalp conditions, or have known sensitivities. Please consult with us before booking if you have any concerns.
Complimentary welcome drinks may include local sake (alcohol) and dairy-based beverages. Please inform us in advance if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.

5. USAGE & RESPONSIBILITY

Guests are responsible for providing accurate health information before any treatment. YUKI no Spa operates under Japanese law and complies with all applicable local industry regulations.
We maintain a strict standard of privacy and safety within our suite. Any conduct that compromises the comfort or safety of the space may result in the immediate termination of service without refund.
Photography for personal use is welcome. We kindly ask that you refrain from filming or photographing any other guests or staff without prior consent.
All content, branding, and materials associated with YUKI no Spa remain the intellectual property of YUKI no Spa.

6. SPECIAL OFFERS

Promotional offers cannot be merged; a single discount is valid per appointment. These apply only to standard service rates and do not cover late-night premiums. Valid identification may be necessary for verification.

Pricing. Certain services are priced according to hair length and the options selected. Your applicable price tier will be confirmed by your stylist before any service begins. Final pricing reflects the length, service, and add-ons agreed at that time.

Some of our color services — including bleach — are priced by hair length. Length is measured by where the ends of your hair fall on your body, so you can check your own tier in the mirror before booking.

 

Tier : Where your hair falls

  • Short : At or above the chin

  • Medium : To the shoulders

  • Long : Below the shoulders, to the shoulder blades

  • Extra Long : Past the shoulder blades — chest length and beyond

 

Why length affects the price

Longer hair requires more product and more processing time — more lightener, more sectioning and foiling, and a longer wash, treatment, and finishing process. Pricing by length keeps this fair: you pay for the work your hair actually needs, no more and no less.

If your hair sits between two tiers, or you're unsure which one applies, your stylist will confirm your tier with you at the start of your appointment — always before any service begins, so there are no surprises at checkout.
